BMW M3 V8 engine has Brake Energy Regeneration

You may ask yourself why would a BMW M3 V8 engine feature on a Hybrid site. When you think about Hybrid you always think of fuel efficiency, well the new BMW M3 V8 engine has become more responsible in the way of a system called Brake Energy Regeneration.

We all know that when you brake a huge amount of energy builds up, but that energy is just wasted. With this new system, the energy is turned into electricity that is then stored and then used to power the electrical network and charge the battery in the car.

Do not worry all you people who like the power from the BMW M3 V8 engine, as none of its power is lost during this process.

Let us hope that this is the first of many steps of producing a more fuel-efficient sports car
