Priceline.com Rental Car Company run a survey recently, and found that 72% of people who took part said that they would like the option of a Hybrid. This is a true sign that people are looking for a greener option when it comes to renting cars.
In the survey, customers of Priceline.com said that they would pay a premium for the use of renting an environmentally friendly green car.
If rental companies take note from this survey, they should act fast and start to bring in the option of hybrid vehicles. If they do this, they could well see greater profit, as they would be able to rent their cars to a wider market.
