Ford Escape Hybrid SUV Review
The first of the hybrid SUV’s made in America is the Ford Escape and with an average of 35 mpg it is certainly a vehicle that got a lot of people’s attention who are concerned about the environment and want to do their bit
It takes a bit of getting used to how the hybrid system works as when you are at a stop the gas engine cuts out and the electric motor has kicked itself in so you think that the engine has stalled but once you start moving again the gas engine will just kick itself in again, beware though that when you are traveling at a cruising speeds uphill then the engine will buzz a bit but you will get used to it

The gas engine in the Ford Escape Hybrid SUV will produce 133HP while the electric motor will give you 94Hp and will propel you from 0 to 60 in around 9 seconds
