Hybrid Powered Vehicles for the Federal Government

Bush has said that it is all very well trying to find alternative fuels to power our vehicles and for us also to make the switch to Hybrid Vehicles, but if we as a government do not lead by example then how do we expect our nation to trust and follow us in this new era of caring for the future of our environment, so George Bush has now asked that the Federal Government start to use hybrid powered vehicles, which in turn is a step closer to helping to reduce the green house gasses that their standard vehicles do.

If they started to make the switch now they would be reducing their fuel consumption by around 2 percent each year as it take time to purchasing these newer cleaner vehicles, ok so it does not seem a lot but it is these small steps that we must all take in order to make it a better world for our children
